Mobile Food Vendors – City of Upper Sandusky
Overview
The City of Upper Sandusky welcomes mobile food vendors operating within city limits. Vendors participating in community events, private events, or operating in public spaces must submit an application and meet all City licensing requirements prior to operating.
To allow adequate time for review, applications should be submitted at least one week before the intended operating date.
How to Apply
Submit a completed application along with all required documentation and applicable fees. Applications must be approved before any operation may begin.

Vendor Information
(The following information is collected within the application form.)
- Business name
- Owner or primary contact name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Vehicle license plate number
- Description of food or products sold
(Copies must be submitted with the application.)

Only original documents or scanned copies are accepted. Photographs of documents will not be accepted.

Food Truck Spot Reservations
The City offers two designated food truck locations in downtown Upper Sandusky (North and South), located in front of the Wyandot County Courthouse at 109 S. Sandusky Avenue, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351. These spaces are available for reservation Monday through Thursday evenings.

Additional Information:
- The first Thursday of each month is unavailable.
- All reservation requests are subject to approval.
- Valid licensing and required documentation must be on file prior to operation.
